• Insurance Certificate (if, unavailable at Hayleys AIG)
• The BL
• Invoice
• Claim bill - (quantity of loss & claim amount)
• Few photographs of the damage (via mail)
• The payment will be processed within 24 hrs. and the cheque will be delivered within 72 hrs.
• For claims over LKR 50,000/-, the loss should be intimated immediately, for which, we would conduct a survey.
