Hayleys AIG now in the Hill Capital - Kandy, 26th April 2007

Hayleys AIG opened another one of their branches up in Kandy on 26th of April this year keeping in line with their expansion strategies. It was declared opened by the Mayor of Kandy His Lordship L. M. Aluwihare and the Managing Director of Hayleys AIG, Mr. Jean-Pierre Assaf.

In its efforts to reach the masses, this is another milestone for Hayleys AIG. With the opening of the Kandy branch, Hayleys AIG hopes to take retails insurance to those outside of Colombo, and as such the Kandy district was strategically chosen as Kandy remains one the largest cities in Sri Lanka after Colombo.

Hayleys AIG has been in the Sri Lankan insurance industry for 7 years and has already made significant strides in this market. With one branch in Galle and another in Hatton, Hayleys AIG Insurance Company will continue to reach the people in the villages with more innovative and affordable products.

At the opening ceremony of the branch Mr. Assaf said “We will not only bring world class service to the people of Sri Lanka but also world class products.
